Team Leader in Talksol
Talksol is looking for candidates to work as Team Leader-Customer Care , operating from Noida. The candidate will be required to handle the team for inbound/outbound calls. Motivate and Supervise the team to deliver the best.
Qualification & Experience
1. The candidate should be a Graduate with 2 to 5 years of experience in Managing team to work as the Team Leader for in & out bound calls, Customer interaction)
2. Job requires handling written communication (inbound/ outbound) and answering telephone calls.
3. Excellent English communication- verbal & written.
4. Computer savvy with good typing speed Experience of handling Admin Panel on computers will be an added advantage.
5. Enthusiastic & Self Driven and able to work full time without much supervision.
6. Neutral accent.
Salary: 2.5L – 3.5L.P.A
