  • The staff has to carry out pre-flight duties such as inspecting the safety equipment, ensuring that the hygiene levels of aircraft are maintained, checking the availability of information booklet in seat pockets, ensuring that the meals and other stocks are on board etc.
  • Warmly welcoming passengers on the flight and direct them to their seats
  • Notifying all the passengers about aircraft safety procedures and ensuring that all hand baggage is safely loaded on the flight
  • Checking the seat belts of all passengers prior to take-off
  • Making announcements on behalf of the pilot and addressing to passenger’s queries during the flight
  • Serving meals and drinks to passengers
  • Giving proper first aid to passengers when needed
